A really great article. I wrote a similar article on this a few days ago, as I've been having trouble with my 'hustler' colleague who wants to work 24/7—almost for no reason. We work on a farm together in Normandy, and in Jan and Feb there's not much to do. I choose to relax, identify the trees, birds, flowers, walk, relax.
