My name is Philip Ogley, and I was brought up in Leeds (UK). I write commentary and satire using my own dumb life as a backdrop. I have a B.Sc. in Plant Biology, and in the past—among other things—I've written for BBC Radio, The Bristol Publisher, Exeter Flying Post, and Cornwall Today. None of which make any difference to anything—I just ticked the right boxes along the way.
Now grown up, I live in France where I work on a dairy farm, and continue to write nonsense.
I've written two stupid books. A comedy about a desolate French village inundated with British tourists due to a faulty satnav: Le Glitch. And an offbeat guidebook to France: A Man in France.
