AN interesting piece. I live in rural France, and on fine nights, I generally sleep outside. The sun rises at around 5 in summer, but I rarely wake up then. Normally about seven. It's probably because I work outside, therefore, I'm tired; I need the sleep. Fact is, as you said, we sleep when we need it.
