As a drinker, I'd say you're totally right. I grew up in small town UK. Drinking was simply part of growing up. From 16 you got drunk.....I've never really got out of the habit...and I'm 48. Saying that I used to smoke and use drugs. Now, I'm free of that, but drink some wine in the evening. I justify it because I live in France. Everyone drinks wine. Or so I like to believe......great piece.
