Because it's just a story, a fairytale. I mean, if you really believe in God and Jesus rising from the dead, you need to go to hospital. You can believe in it as an allegory for being nice to people and to the world, but no one who's sane actually believes in God, as in some man in the clouds and in heaven. Even religious folk I know wouldn't go that far.
