British viewers may remember Tommy Cooper and Les Dawson. One was a magician, the other a pianist. Both purposefully messed up the trick or played out of key. It was on purpose. Most people knew it, it was part of the act. But then there were those who perhaps didn't see it. These are the people that fake news mines. Not the stupid but the gullible. And unfortunately there are many.
