Good piece. Thes are the only places worth eating these days. The thought side paying top dollar to be served food on a table cloth is horrible. This is the ticket. I go to a place in my local French town called Mug. It serves steak, red wine and not much else. Cleanliness, dubious. Quality, perfect.
