Great piece! And you're right. This idea of hard work just for the sake of it, is absurd. Most of the time, this hard work is wasted time. People aren't very efficient when they mindless work without thinking. It's actually bad business. Countries would be 'richer' if people thought a bit more about what they are actually doing.
