I agree. It was a special place being in the air because nothing could touch you. Everyone was in the same boat—that's what made it special. As you said, one of the last sacred places. Now that's gone, even if you choose not to use it, the romance of flying has gone. Sitting in the corner dozing with a book. Everyone was doing the same, or sleeping, or doing a crossword. Now everyone will predictably be on their phones just like they do every minute of every day of their lives back on Earth.
