I didn't actually know it was a Scott film. I've actually watched it a few times. It's quite good. Not a classic, but there are some nice elements, and Scott (now I know) handles them well. Plus there's the twist at the end, which is a bit weak, but works.

It's not as good as Sideways, as few folk can play the slightest unhinged guy as well as Paul Giamatti. But it has got Marion Cotillard, which is a bonus.
