I had the same thought as you in 1995. I saw them at Wembley (in effect their home stadium), on the Voodoo Lounge tour. I paid £25 and thought, well it's the last chance I'll see them. I mean, how long left?

So yeah, nearly 30 years later, still going. It's annoying though! Why can't they just say, look, we'll play for free, and first come, first served! Then again, I live in a different world!
