I live in Normandy, France, and work on a dairy. The people I work with, and myself, don't drink a lot of milk. We eat cheese. Cheese was used to preserve milk for the winter as a food source. The apples were made into juice and cider. The beef was cured and kept for winter. To say we shouldn't eat/drink milk makes no sense. This is the culture here for 1000s of years. The problem is that people drink/eat too much milk. And rely on it as a food source when it should be a supplement to a balanced diet. That is the problem.
