I remember a friend's kid once complain to me that school was boring because he never had the time anymore to do the things he wanted to do. Whereas before, when he was five, he did. The kid is now 15, and still doesn't like school, but is an ace fisherman, and wants to go and explore the world. He's lucky, so many kids are crushed by the general purposeless if school.
