I was in Leon a few years ago and had a Northern Spanish tapas experience, I'll never forget. And off the beaten track, so no tourists! A very small room was crowded mainly by men while I was handed plates of food and green cider and liqueurs. Then we had to remember what we ate - and paid later. Fantastic.
