In theory it's all amazing. If it was bought locally, it'd be cool. BUT sending a single piri-piri sauce by post to some place is absurd. As is any food product. A vinegarette is so easy to make at home. I make it here every day, it's easy. Ditto, chilli sauce. The answer to the world's problem isn't this. It's great for the people concerned, until they sell out to the big boys, remember Innocent. But if the world's food supply was based on this model, the environment impact would be just as bad. Eat local! Is the only answer. Not sending local to far away. But a good piece as always
