It's easy. People are busy because they undertake stuff they either don't understand, don't like or simply can't do - either physically or mentality. So they strive away being busy when in actual fact all they are doing is wasting their precious time on the planet.

People have kids and complain they are busy and don't have time. Simple answer, they shouldn't have had kids, they made the wrong decisions. Leave it to the people who aren't busy looking after their children.

It's all about priority. You can dress it up with as much personal management as you want. It's all about priority. What do you want from your 80 years on earth?
