My mother-in-law got an email from an old friend asking her to pay £200 to her god-daughters Amazon account as he couldn't understand the system. The email was genuine from his e-mail so she did it, as he said he would give her cash when he saw her in a few days time. When they met for lunch as planned, he didn't mention the money or god-daughter at all, and being very polite woman she didn't mention it. Then it dawned on her, it was a scam. SO she phoned her friend, who had no idea of it!!!
