Some guy phoned from France Telecom a few days ago to tell me the line was fixed. I said it wasn't, I was standing under the broken line in the road that a tractor had broken. He said, I'd have to report it via the online bot (ridiculously called Bip). I said couldn't I report it LIKE NOW to you. He said, that wasn't possible. Then said, "anything else I can help you with?" YES, THE OTHER PHONE LINE! But he repeated, that I'd have to report it via the online bot called Bip.....it's insane!
