Thanks. Glass is better because while it takes more energy to recycle, it can be recycled endless times. Plastic on the other hand can't be recycled more than a few times.

I don't advocate burning—just if there's no option. It's either burning or landfill. Or reusing, yoghurt pots are quite useful for growing seedlings. Of course, if you have the space…
