Thanks. I wrote the piece as I was SO fed up with reading how amazing it is to work from home. When I know plenty of people, like myself, who simply don't like it.

It's nothing to do with having nothing to do outside work (I spend a vast amount of time writing these dumb pieces!).

I live on a smallholding that I work Friday – Sat. The other days I used to work in the nearby town that I commuted to by train. Now I work from home.

I don't often see people—mainly animals—so in my case it was great to be out and about.

Now, I'm here all the time. Which is OK, it's great. I'm lucky. But perhaps, I was writing the piece for other people, who don't like it.

On the other hand, you are right, people need to get a grip. And be open to change. I understand that.

I guess, this debate will on and on until everyone is happy. Or not.
