Very interesting article. I've always been of the belief that you should go when things are good. I've always left jobs, and always find something better, or at least more intriguing. True, I'm a bit of a wanderer. In fact, I wouldn't want anyone to embark on my life. But the motto, “Go when the going is good," has always helped me.
